Why is breathwork the key to lasting change?

Breathwork helps regulate the nervous system by shifting you out of fight, flight, or freeze and into rest, repair, and connection. It rewires your baseline—moving you from survival mode to feeling grounded, emotionally steady, and safe in your body.

Trauma isn’t just mental—it’s held in the body at a cellular level. When we don’t fully process overwhelming experiences, the energy gets stored in the nervous system. CCB floods the body with oxygen and activates the parasympathetic state. As the body feels safer, it begins to release and heal.
